Associate Director of College Counseling
Phillips Academy seeks a
full-time, continuing Associate Director of College Counseling to begin on August
1, 2021. This is a 12-month, full-time administrative faculty position. Throughout the academic year, evening and
weekend work is required. The ideal
candidate will be an energetic, dynamic, and articulate team player; have
strong organizational, writing, and public speaking skills; and be
able to work in a fast-paced environment.

and teamwork are cornerstones of the CCO team. Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience
in college counseling and/or selective college admissions, with an emphasis on
college counseling, is preferred.
