Phillips Academy seeks an Assistant Track and Field coach for Spring 2023.
Commitment is approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday- Saturday) starting in the third week of March and continuing through the end of May. Monday – Friday practices occur after school with Wednesday practices beginning mid-afternoon. Track meets, home and away, on most Saturdays throughout spring term. No benefits. The strongest applicants will have the following qualifications: • Ability to positively motivate, inspire and be role model to high-school aged students. • Be adaptable and enjoy working alongside the current coaching staff
